1. Purpose of These Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) define the legal boundaries governing the relationship between WeeGrow Early Learning Centre (“the Centre”) and the parents or guardians (“Families”) who enroll their children or engage with our website. They are intended to clarify rights, responsibilities, and expectations, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable early learning environment.

2. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment is confirmed once the registration form is completed and tuition payment is received.

  • Tuition fees are billed monthly and are due by the first day of each month.

  • Families may be eligible for government subsidies (CCOF, ACCB).

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

3. Attendance and Hours

  • Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

  • Early drop-off (before 8:00 am) or late pick-up (after 5:00 pm) may incur additional fees.

  • Absences should be reported in advance where possible.

4. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must provide accurate health, allergy, and emergency information.

  • Children showing signs of illness must remain at home to prevent spread of infection.

  • The Centre reserves the right to refuse attendance to children who are unwell.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • Notice of withdrawal must be given at least 30 days in advance.

  • Refunds will be provided for unused tuition in accordance with the Centre’s refund policy.

6. Media Consent

  • Photos or videos of children may be taken for program documentation or marketing purposes only with prior consent from parents/guardians.

  • Families may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Centre.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials on the WeeGrow website, including images, text, and resources, are property of the Centre and protected under copyright law.

8. Changes to the Terms

  • WeeGrow Early Learning Centre reserves the right to update these T&C at any time.Families will be notified of any material changes.

  • Continued enrollment after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Centre is committed to providing a safe environment; however, parents/guardians acknowledge that certain risks are inherent in early childhood activities.

  • WeeGrow is not liable for incidental or indirect damages related to participation, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
